There are many ways to create a Google Form, but we'll show you the easiest way.

First, open a new browser tab and go to forms.google.com.

Next, click on the "Create a new form" button.

Now, you'll be prompted to name your form and choose a layout. We'll name our form "Google Form Tutorial" and choose the "Blank" layout.

Now, it's time to add questions to our form. We'll add a question for each of the following:

Name

Email

Phone number

Country

Now, it's time to add some styling to our form. We'll add some colors and fonts and make our form look a bit more polished.

To do this, we'll click on the "Design" tab.

Now, we'll choose a color for our form and add some fonts.

We'll also add a title to our form.

Now, our form is looking a bit better!

Next, we'll add some response options to our questions.

To do this, we'll click on the "Responses" tab.

For our "Name" question, we'll add "Male" and "Female" as response options.

For our "Email" question, we'll add "Email address" as a response option.

For our "Phone number" question, we'll add "Phone number" as a response option.

For our "Country" question, we'll add "Country" as a response option.

Now, our form is looking even better!

Next, we'll add some notifications to our form.

To do this, we'll click on the "Notifications" tab.

For our "Name" question, we'll add "Name entered" as a notification.

For our "Email" question, we'll add "Email address entered" as a notification.

For our "Phone number" question, we'll add "Phone number entered" as a notification.

For our "Country" question, we'll add "Country entered" as a notification.

Now, our form is looking great!

Finally, we'll click on the "Publish" button.

Now, we'll be given a link to our form.

We can share this link with others and they can fill out our form.

We can also embed our form on our website.

To do this, we'll click on the "Embed" tab.

Now, we'll copy the code and paste it on our website.

We can also download our form as a PDF.

To do this, we'll click on the "Download as PDF" button.

Now, we'll save our form as a PDF.
